Steven Bliss

As an Operations Manager, I have an extensive and proven track record in operations, finance, project management, and customer relations experience in a variety of complex, high-performing settings.  I have greater than 20 years’ direct experience in both for-profit and nonprofit settings.

I have served on leadership teams within domestic organizations as well as within institutions with a global footprint.   In all settings I exhibited adaptability in rapidly changing business and technological environments and an ability to quickly understand workings of complex systems and their interrelationships and dependencies.

As Operations Manager I oversaw multi-million dollar budgets and supervised and evaluated between 100-300 employees.  I have managed all aspects of finance and operations including budget development, contract negotiation, and supervision, including evaluation, strategic planning, procurement, capital project management, pension-benefit plan administration, and financial modeling.

I am unwavering in my commitment to define and implement transformative organizational practices. I am squarely focused on effective program development and implementation using measurable outcomes, including financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
