As a Business Manager, I have extensive experience in operations, finance, project management, data analysis, and customer relations experience in a variety of complex, high-performing settings. I have more than than 20 years’ direct experience in both for-profit and nonprofit settings.
As business manager I oversaw multi-million dollar budgets and have been responsible for the supervision and evaluation of up to 300 employees. I have been a member of leadership teams within domestic organizations as well as institutions with a global footprint. I adapt quickly to rapidly changing business and technological environments and understand the workings of complex systems and their interrelationships and dependencies. I have managed all aspects of finance and operations including budget development, contract negotiation, supervision and evaluation, grant writing, procurement, capital project management, pension-benefit plan administration, and financial modeling.
I am fully committed to define and implement transformative organizational practices. I am squarely focused on effective program development and implementation using measurable outcomes, including financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
