Steven Bliss

As a Director of Finance, I have demonstrated a unique and proven track record of success in settings across a variety of similar roles. I have more than 20 years of finance and operations experience in both private and public institutions, including non-profit and for-profit organizations.

I have lead complex, high-performing organizations, and have extensive experience with multi-million dollar budget development and oversight. These roles include the supervision more than 300 employees and management of $40M budgets.  I have a great deal of experience in non-profit/academic and corporate investment bank settings, where I have identified new deal origination, leveraged and strengthened business partnerships, performed in-depth analyses, and built detailed financial models. My experience also includes contract negotiation, vendor procurement, and labor relations.

I am unwavering in my commitment to define and implement best organizational practices. I am squarely focused on effective program development and implementation using measurable outcomes, including financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
